Our plantation is located on the slopes of Etna, in an area where the volcanic soils are rich in mineral salts. Thanks to these characteristics, the olive trees grow strong and healthy, guaranteeing a fruit rich in juice and flavor. Furthermore, the temperature changes between day and night, in these areas, contribute to the excellent result that you will find in your tables.

Characteristics of Nocellara Etnea
From our olive trees large and heavy olives are born, to the point that each olive reaches 6 grams of weight and more.
Extra virgin olive oil that we produce has a very low level of acidity (around 0.6%.)
Between pulp and stone, there is a favorable relationship to the first parameter. For this reason Nocellara Etnea is perfect not only for the production of oil, but also to be consumed at the table.
