A real reserve of vitamins in the natural form that nature generously gives us
Our citrus fruits are grown on the slopes of Etna in the territory of Biancavilla. An ideal place for blood oranges that owe this unique feature in the world to the periodic "fertilization" due to the volcanic sand rich in iron.

CITRUS DISTEFANO
FROM SICILY A LOAD OF PERFUMES AND SWEETNESS
The red orange of Sicily
The irreplaceable ally of health
The PGI Blood Orange of Sicily is a fruit obtained from a natural variant of the Tarocco, Moro and Sanguinello orange. The presence of minerals in the volcanic soil enriches this citrus fruit with color and flavor, characterizing it with the presence of anthocyanins which give the fruit a typical more or less intense red color.
The antioxidants and anti-inflammatories present in this special fruit make it the perfect ally for health.
Furthermore, the folates present in our oranges fully satisfy the need for folic acid during pregnancy and vitamin K, which is also present, a natural remedy for high blood pressure. Finally, citric acid is opposed by limiting the onset of kidney stones.
EVO oil
From the nocellara dell'Etna the unique scent and flavor of a fine extra virgin olive oil.
From the tree to the monitura of the olives
Immediate cold extraction milling
The harvest in our crops takes place with methods that do not traumatize, damage, the plant and the possible harvest of the following year. After the harvest, we proceed to the immediate cold pressing to preserve all the unique qualities of Nocellara Etnea.
The extra virgin olive oil we produce is characterized by a very low level of acidity (around 0.6%.) With olives that are not too ripe, a fruity flavor is imposed that makes you feel the aroma with olfactory sensations ranging from green tomato , grass leaf, almond or even thistle and artichoke. The sweetness of the Extra Virgin Oil grows the more the olives are ripe.
